If you would like to request to change your child's attendance option, please complete a change of attendance request form and send or deliver it to us. Please note that we require a months notice for any change and if the option you are seeking is not curently available, your child's name will be placed on the priority waiting list. This list is ordered by date of receipt of request forms and takes priority over new admissions.
Parents/carers may request that school staff administer medication to a child. However, the decision as to whether or not to do this rest entirely with the staff. In any case, medication will only be administered in cases where it has been prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner and the appropriate medication form has been supplied. This medication form has a validity of one month - for long term medication, a new request form must by signed by the parent/guardian each month.
