Notes

1. Careers advice has been given, as evidenced by Regulation 2(2)(e)(ii). However it was not deemed impartial because the person giving the careers lessons this year did not have certified training. This will be rectified in the 2023/24 academic year.

2. Although the risks assessments themselves were acceptable, as evidenced by Regulation 16(b), the risk assessment procedure was not sufficiently detailed. This will be rectified during the summer 2023.

3. Because of the two unmet regulations above these regulations cannot be deemed to be met because they require consistent meeting of all the regulations.

It is our understanding that the previous headline overall assessment will not be changed until the next full inspection but in the meantime we are very pleased that we are now judged to meet the majority of the standards and, in particular, those regarding safeguarding.
